Please review the following guidelines before entering the office
Please call before coming into the office. We will be open by appointment only. This includes adjustments, repairs, pick-ups of eyeglasses and contact lenses as well as visits to the doctor.
Please wear a mask before entering the office.
If coming in for an appointment, please call when you are in the parking lot. We will let you know when you can come in the office. This will ensure the office does not have too many patients in it.
We ask that only the patient come in the office at their appointed time. If the patient is a young child or an older patient who needs a care giver, we ask for only one other person to accompany the patient.
Please try to update your medical history online prior to your appointment.

- Do you have any shortness of breath or dry cough?
- Do you have a runny nose or sore throat?
- Have you had contact with any known to have Covid-19 in the last 14 days?
